WEST NEWBURY — The annual Memorial Day parade kicks off from Town Square on Monday, with Robert Janes selected as this year's parade marshal. Marchers step off at 10:30 a.m. and proceed down Main Street to the Training Field, where a brief ceremony takes place in front of the GAR Memorial Library.
